The recently modernised, typically Majorcan Casa Antonio is in a quiet, rural location on the outskirts of the tranquil coastal town of Cala Llombards - away from mass tourism.
The famous bay "Caló des Moro / Cala S'Almunia" is only 900 m away.
The family-friendly holiday home has an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
Facilities include air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair.
The spacious outdoor area offers numerous areas where you can sit or lie down and eat. Further highlights for sure are the portable barbecue, the pool with stairs and wide bench (in summer the ideal place for a refreshing drink) as well as the large roof terrace with sea view, where mostly a refreshing wind blows.
In the Mediterranean garden, under palm trees and pine trees, you will always find sun and shade for your outdoor siesta.
A supermarket and a village pub are within walking distance (900m), further shopping facilities as well as restaurants, bars and cafés are located 5.5 km away in Santanyi or 4 km away in Es Llombards.
The romantic, natural sandy beach Caló des Moro is only a few minutes walk away.
Parking spaces are available on the street, it is also possible to park on the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
We live on an island, therefore a responsible use of resources is very important.
Additional costs for water and electricity are included in the price as long as they are used responsibly.
Excessive use may result in additional costs.
IMPORTANT: It is strictly forbidden to hold parties and events in the house.
The minimum stay allowed must be respected during the whole stay in the house.

Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, ruhig und nahe am Meer. Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet.
Die Fotos haben leider wenig mit dem derzeitigen Zustand des Hauses zu tun. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt.
Ein super schönes Haus, mit allem ausgestattet.

Die Beschreibung bei der Buchung hat voll auf dieses Haus gepasst. Wir hatten einen super Kontakt zu der Vermieterin, die sich sehr um unser Wohlergehen dort gekümmert hat. Die Ausstattung dort ist perfekt.

in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man verschiedene sehr sehr schöne Buchten/Strände und es ist eine ruhige Gegend.
Die deutsche Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, engagiert und reagiert sofort bei Fragen oder Problemchen.
Die Finca hat alles was man braucht, ist sauber und ordentlich - gerne wieder : )
...die Zeit vergeht zu schnell ; )
