Our holiday home is located in an exclusive spot directly on the Spremberg Reservoir, only 50 meters from the beach.
It radiates peace and relaxation and captivates with its own charm – offering high living comfort, plenty of wood, and a dreamlike view of the lake and the surrounding nature. Spread over more than 120 m² of living space, the house is spread over two floors and comfortably accommodates up to six adults and two small children.
On the living floor, you will find the open, fully equipped kitchen, the living and dining area, and one bathroom; the second bathroom is on the upper floor.
Beautiful details such as exposed wooden beams, stone cladding, and panoramic windows with mosquito screens and blinds create a special feel-good atmosphere. Sleeping: The house has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living area.
On the upper floor, there is also a small children's room with two children's beds – ideal for families with younger children. Outside, a large wooden terrace, a beautiful natural garden with plenty of seating, and the balcony with a lake view and seating for four invite you to relax.
A fire pit and a barbecue area are available in front of the house – perfect for ending the day by the water.
A parking space for your car is located about 20 meters away on the property. Amenities at a glance: a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator and freezer, microwave), two modern bathrooms (one per floor), steam shower, modern LCD TVs with satellite reception on each floor, direct access to the beach and lake. Around the house: The well-developed cycle path circles the reservoir, and bicycle and boat rentals are available.
Nearby, you will find a table tennis table, a volleyball court, and an adventure playground; mini-golf (approx. 400 m) and a restaurant (approx. 200 m) are easily accessible on foot.
