This Mediterranean vacation home is located near the most beautiful beaches (10 minutes drive).
It is ideal to relax in the green surroundings.
From the terrace on the 1st floor you can see the sea and the Kvarner Bay.
The garden is dominated by a beautiful pool, where you can relax in an intimate atmosphere.
On the terrace, a barbecue and the pool table bring variety.
Apart from the beautiful living area with fireplace, on the first floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms and an additional toilet.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with bathrooms and terrace.
The house is air-conditioned, equipped with floor heating and each bedroom has its own TV.
In about 20 minutes you can walk to Labin, where there are many cultural events in the summer.
A multifunctional fitness equipment is also available.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und Groß. Der Pool ist gerade für die Kids einfach Perfekt, so das man zwischendurch auch mal einen Pootag einlegen kann. Die Lage ist Perfekt. Ruhig gelegen, aber schnell an vielen verschiedenen Strände und Städten.
Alles zusammen waren wir super zufrieden.
Es war ein Wunderschöner Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Ein Wanderweg führt direkt vom Haus hinunter nach Rabac. Es ist ein netter Waldweg, am Schluss mit Stufen und man ist in ca. 40 Minuten beim Meer.
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hell. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr unkompliziert und nett.

Haus war wunderschön, Besitzer sehr nett. Umgebung und Lage, fantastisch.Leider hatte das Putzteam es nicht so mit gründlich Reinigen. Da mußten wir am ersten Tag selbst nachhelfen. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.
