The house is intended for families and quiet groups. No parties or noisy events are allowed. Due to the local regulation of Chiclana de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians. Therefore, noises that may cause discomfort during the night, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., are not allowed.

Only a few meters from the famous, 7 km long beach Playa de la Barrosa on the Costa de la Luz, Chalet los tres pozos is situated in a quiet residential area and offers space for up to 10 persons. The high-quality and tastefully furnished villa has on 2 levels a spacious living and dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed as well as a bathroom on the ground floor and 3 further bedrooms (one with double bed, two with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms on the upper floor. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, heating, a fireplace, TV, a baby cot and a highchair. The highlight is the spacious outdoor area, which promises a relaxing holiday with a well-kept Mediterranean garden, several covered and furnished terraces, a barbecue, a whirlpool (available only from May to September) and outdoor showers. Numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are within walking distance. There is also a tennis and golf club nearby. The fine sandy beach is only 400 m or 6 minutes on foot away.

Pets are not allowed.
Youngsters under 18 years of age would have to be accompanied by a family member to complete the check-in.
From the 1st of June to the 31st of August the use of the whirlpool is included in the price.
