All your wishes will come true in this wonderful luxury home. 100 m² terraces, 70 m² relaxation area with whirlpool for 7, sauna for 12, ice machine, internet speed 30 mbit, 50 TV, wood-burning stove including firewood and pool table.
Geothermal heating.
The kitchen is very well equipped, connected to it is a dining area for 14 people and the living room.
The approx. 5000 m² garden is ideal for barbecues and games and is equipped with play equipment, trampoline, sun loungers and space for five cars. 20 m to the neighbouring house S05020.
The house is situated in an area rich in lakes, with nature right on the doorstep.
Here you can go fishing - in Lake Sommen, in winter and summer - and pick mushrooms.
The lake has 325 islands.
Astrid Lindgren's Värld is ideal for a day trip.
The Asby Alpina ski area is 32 kilometres away and has a snowboard area.
Boats, motorboats and canoes, if available, can be hired in Tranås at Sommen.
