Beautiful cottage in impressive, undisturbed archipelago area very close to the sea.
Here you will find a quiet and peaceful environment. The terrace faces south and offer you a beautiful view of the archipelago bay. Here you have over 10,000 islands suitable for swimming and even for avid anglers. Among the nature experiences here are sea eagles, moose and deer, which you can see daily from the house. Located near the St. Anna archipelago and Söderköping.
The child-friendly sandy beach is only about 100 meters away. Sauna can be used by arrangement with the owner. S09277 approx. 50 m, S09323 approx. 300 m. Deposit for boat/motor 1000 SEK. Freezer is shared with owner. Net fishing not allowed. You are not allowed to bring your own boat and motor. The reasons are lack of space and damage to the lawn, because then you have to drive on it.
Knåtebo farm dates back to the 20th century and has thus undergone an evolution from rural farm to vacation accommodation. The original inhabitants were engaged in fish farming and agriculture, the fields were walked by grazing cows, pigs and goats. From 1973 the farm was tastefully transformed, preserving the original style of the barn, blacksmith's shop and the parlor, but still modernized.
Note: The cottage is located in hilly terrain. From the parking lot to the house is about 150-200 m walk.

To była naprawdę idealna wycieczka. Dom dokładnie taki, jakiego oczekiwaliśmy, miejsce naprawdę piękne, łódź była wystarczająco duża.
Mała rzecz - silnik do łódki jest trochę za mały jak na te ogromne odległości na ładne łowiska. Ale to był tylko szczegół! Dziękujemy za wspaniały czas!

Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen, den eigenen Steg haben wir fast täglich zum Schwimmen genutzt. Die Hütte war hell und offen undd für den täglichen Gebrauch war alles vorhanden. Der Ausblick war grandios.
Bei der Lage ist zu berücksichtigen, dass die gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 40 km entfernt war.
