6min Fußweg zum Badestrand. Schöne große Terrasse mit toller Aussicht. Grosser Wohnraum. Die Ausstattung wirkte relativ neu.
Küche nur minimal ausgestattet (Töpfe, Pfannen stark abgenutzt , zuwenig Geschirr für 6 Personen)

Very cute and comfortable space, convenient to the beach and downtown Wilmington, and wonderful that I was allowed to bring my two cats. The dock was very relaxing. The driveway is a little hard to find, it is very hidden- especially at night.

This is a lovely apartment in a beautiful, private location. We especially enjoyed sitting on the dock, kayaking and the view from our upstairs porch.
