Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. City/town permit number: VRC16-000806 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Security camera details: This home is equipped with active exterior security cameras that face the front door and parking area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This house is near perfect. It’s close to the beach, has a great layout with plenty of room and a big pool! Our only complaint (and it’s minor) is that the pool temperature is regulated and is a bit warm for a hot summer afternoon. We will definitely be back!
