In the green hills of Monferrato, in the small Borgo Aramengo, lies this cozy and elegant mansard apartment with living room (two single beds) with fireplace, kitchenette, balcony, bathroom with shower.
A few steps lead to the double bedroom, from which a small wooden staircase leads to the roof terrace with a splendid view over the valley.
In the inns of the area you can enjoy typical local products (wine, cold meats, truffles).
Moreover, you can explore the rural surroundings with woods, fields and vineyards, discovering small villages and farms located along roads and paths that lead you to unspoiled and unexpectedly beautiful places.
Ideal starting point to discover the nearby city of Turin (40 km), rich in history, art and culture.
In July the village hosts a rock festival that attracts thousands of fans.
Highway 25 km.
The attic is accessible via two outdoor wooden stairs.
The garden is shared with the owner.
In the same building is also IPL139.
The apartments can be rented together under the house number IPL138 (8 Schlfaplätze).
On request it is possible to separate the beds.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! We waren er een week in verschillende samenstelling. Groot voordeel hierbij was dat het huis uit twee appartementen bestond waardoor ook de gezinnen zich konden terugtrekken in eigen appartement.De honden hebben zich prima vermaakt in de tuin.
