Casa Montevela is located in the popular holiday resort of Cala D'Or, just 500 metres from the sea, and accommodates 6 guests over 2 floors.

This spacious terraced house, ideal for a family getaway, features modern furnishings, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate laundry room.

Child-friendly amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning available 12 hours a day in the main living areas, satellite TV with DVD player, cot, high chair and stove, ensuring a relaxing holiday at any time of year.

Parking is available on the street.

Outside, the terrace is partly covered and partly open, allowing you to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade as you prefer.

The terrace is the perfect place to end the day with a barbecue, and the pool (22 m²) offers refreshment throughout the day.

The house is just a short walk from restaurants, bars and shops, and about 15 minutes on foot from the sea, making it an ideal base for an unforgettable holiday.

Please note that pool towels are not included. Cala Esmeralda and Cala Ferrera are the closest beaches, located 1 km from the property. The use of air conditioning is intended to ensure your comfort and promote more sustainable tourism.

The recommended schedule is based on the experience of previous guests, favouring rest and relaxing evenings.

If you wish, we can adapt it to your needs as long as it does not exceed 12 hours of use per day. A second cot and high chair can easily be provided.
