This beautiful detached house with pool is located 2 km from Lazise and only 200 m from the beaches of Lake Garda, accessible via a narrow private road.
The house is distributed over two floors, nicely furnished and offers a large fenced garden.
On the spacious terraces with direct access to the garden you can relax while enjoying a good wine or sunbathing on deck chairs.
The village center can also be reached on foot via the beaches and at 3 km away await the amusement parks of Lake Garda, fun for young and old.
The house is a good starting point to visit the art cities of Verona (25 km) with the beautiful Arena, where interesting cultural events take place (concerts of international artists, opera), and the famous balcony of Julia's house; Mantova (50 km) with the majestic Basilica di Sant 'Andrea, rich in frescoes, and the ancient church Rotonda di San Lorenzo; Vicenza (80 km) with the Palladian Basilica, Palazzo Chiericati (Unesco World Heritage Site) with its art gallery, and the Basilica of Monte Berico; The charming city of Venice (140 km) with its characteristic canals, the beautiful Piazza San Marco and the great palaces.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung.
Eigentümer ist sehr bemüht und kümmert sich um Alles.
Pool ist leider nicht geheizt und bei schlechtem Wetter im Mai noch sehr kalt.
Der neu installierte Whirlpool entschädigt dafür aber.
Für Leute die der Hektik des Alltags entfliehen wollen zu empfehlen. 🏖🤗😎

Das Haus mit Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt, hat eine tolle Lage.Es sind nur kleine Mängel, wie z.B. defekte Lampen und kleine Einzelbetten (Länge).Ansonsten ist das Haus zu empfehlen.Die Hausverwalter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit wohl gefühlt.

Prima huis aan het eind van een doodlopend pad. Rustige locatie. Dicht bij stadjes en pretparken.
Buitenkant ruime tuin,terrassen en zwembad mooi. Binnen hadden wij wat mooier verwacht. Masterbedroom mooi met goed bed.
Van de twee andere slaapkamers waren de matrassen korter dan het bed.
