Capacity 27 people: living room with fitted kitchen, large living room of 85 square meters and a veranda with barbecue and old oven. 10 bedrooms of which 4 with private mini-pool, 12 full bathrooms. 3 outdoor swimming pools, a whirlpool and a children.

The villa il Biribino has an ideal position to move to different places of art near Sansepolcro, Gubbio, Citta di Castello, Monterchi, Anghiari, Arezzo, Ram; not particularly distant Florence and Siena just an hour and a half by car, such as Urbino.
Places full of works of art from museums and churches, palaces; It ranges from the Romanesque to the Middle Ages, to the Renaissance.
Each of these places has no end of events, from exhibitions, the festivals, the festivities, markets (particularly that of Arezzo antiques, beautiful city.) Do not miss: Piazza Grande, Arezzo, fresco Madonna del Parto, Monterchi, Palazzo Ducale, Gubbio. The villa, recently renovated, is located in Citta di Castello 5 minutes by car from the city center.

Guests have complimentary use of the 3 outdoor swimming pools and 4 hot tubs (2 / places) inland. La location è davvero molto bella, giardino curato e cucina molto ben attrezzata. Abbiamo potuto godere dell’intera location per un grande gruppo di famiglie con bambini, la piscina é molto bella e il proprietario Maurizio ha saputo darmi sempre indicazioni molto precise e utili. É stato un soggiorno meraviglioso e ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa.
