Spread over two floors, the villa features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 comfortable living rooms, and 2 kitchens with dining tables.
You’ll also find Wi-Fi, fans, cable TV, DVD player, high chair, fireplace, and on-site parking.
The spacious, fenced garden is well maintained and offers beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards.
Enjoy a barbecue and garden furniture for relaxing evenings outdoors with family. The villa is about a 5-minute drive from Cavaion Veronese, where you’ll find the nearest supermarket and a water park.
Verona, with its many monuments, restaurants, and shops, is about 30 minutes away by car. In winter, heating is available for an extra charge based on consumption.

Pets are welcome: the first pet stays free, while the second and third must be registered at booking and are available for an extra charge.

Wir hatten ein sehr schöne Urlaubstage dort. Sehr ruhig gelegen, mit unseren 2 Hunden ideal. Supermarkt ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ist nur zu empfehlen.
Wir erlebten eine fantastische Woche in dieser überaus liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung auf dem grandios gelegenen Weingut.

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Kamin. Das Holz dazu gab es gratis.
Die Begrüßung war herzlich mit Espresso und Weinverkostung. Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung vom Vermieter waren sehr hilfreich. Die Benutzung des Tennisplatzes war inclusive.
Die drei frei laufenden Labrador-Hunde waren umgänglich und vertrugen sich gut mit unserem Berner Sennenhund.
Die Heizkosten mussten am Ende zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Das war im Vertrag nicht erwähnt.
