It is located next to the City of Arts and Sciences, one of the most emblematic and avant-garde architectural complexes in Valencia. This allows us to be in less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Oceanographic Park, the Príncipe Felipe Museum, the Hemisférico, the Reina Sofía Opera House, Gulliver Park... in a pleasant stroll through the Turia River Gardens, the largest urban garden in Spain. El Corte Inglés and the Aqua shopping centre are just a few metres from the flat, providing maximum convenience for shopping, restaurants and leisure services.

-Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and all the necessary kitchenware for cooking.
- Pleasant master bedroom with double bed, large dressing room, luggage storage unit and an armchair next to the large and bright exterior window, with views of Avenida Francia.
- Full en-suite bathroom with large washbasin and mirror, bidet and bathtub.
