Het is geen beekje naast het huisje maar een waterval met veel geluid. Apparatuur is sterk verouderd waardoor veel stroomverbruik. Gebruiksaanwijzing voor Boiler en deze geeft continu warm water doordat de leidingen tegen elkaar...
