The beautiful holiday apartment AKTROTIRI with a breathtaking view across the pool and the sea is situated directly above the sea, close to the village Rodakino, in the region of Rethymno on the southern coast of Crete.
The holiday apartments AKROTIRI with pool are in a beautiful location, exposed above the sea with a wide view across the Lybian Sea as far a the island of Gavdos and up to Triopetra in eastern direction. The houses stand on a huge hillside property that stretches down to the sea. The sea view and the exceptional location of this holiday domicile have a special charm. On the left side of the house a large, shared pool invites for a swim.
Each apartment has its own side entrance via some steps. Above the apartments there is a small café and taverna run by the landlord. Beneath the two holiday apartments AKROTIRI 1 and 2 there are two more holiday apartments. From the livingroom and the terrace you have a breathtaking view across the blue sea, giving the impression that you are actually on a ship. Watching the wonderful sunsets and the starry sky from the terrace at nights is an exceptional experience.
The holiday apartment AKTROTIRI is comfortably furnished in a subtle, elegant style providing the right atmosphere for a relaxing, romantic holiday. From the living/dining room with open kitchen you get to the two bedrooms and the bath. From the livingroom you have direct access to a roofed terrace with a jacuzzi where you can enjoy the magnificent sea view. From both bedrooms there is direct access to a side terrace. The private jacuzzi on the terrace adds a special touch and guarantees unforgettable relaxing moments. The shared 30sqm freashwater pool (6,7 x 4,50mtr, depth 0,70-1,40mtr, non-heatable, in operation between 1st June and 31st October) provides refreshing bathing fun for children and grown-ups alike.
A washing machine and dryer are provided in a separate annexe for the shared use of all guests. Small pets are allowed on request. Breakfast can be served in the café above the holiday apartments at an extra cost of 6 Euro per person.
In a distance of approx. 4-5 km in southwestern direction there are several bays with cafés, tavernas and sunbed rental.
