The holiday home is surrounded by a large, unspoilt plot of land with olive and orange trees on a gentle slope above Fteroti Bay.
From the terrace and the garden of the house you have a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby small islands of Amouliani and Diaporos.
On the ground floor of the holiday home there are two adjoining flats, Philippos 1 and 2, each with its own side entrance.
The upper floor flat is used for other purposes.
Modern and friendly furnished holiday flat Philippos 1, renovated in 2020, direct access from the living room to the terrace and the garden.
Adjacent to the living/dining room is the open-plan kitchen area with a view of the garden.
Next to it are the bedroom and the bathroom.
Ideal accommodation for families with children who appreciate seclusion and nature close to the sea.
The fine sandy beach is within easy walking distance.
The access to the sea is gently sloping.
There are 2 sun sun loungers available for guests on the beach.
