The new, modern detached house is located in a very quiet and sunny spot with a wonderful view of the Saas mountain world.
The nearest bus stop or the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars can be reached in 1-3 minutes on foot.
The village center with various shopping facilities is also nearby.
A bakery with always fresh rolls is located 50m from the house. The ski and hiking area, toboggan run, ice rink, curling, tennis, football pitch, and NEW: beach volleyball court are also in the vicinity.
The cross-country ski trail runs directly past the house.
