Administration und Kundendienst waren sehr gut. Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende und kompetente Person im Büro/Empfang/Reception, bei der Kurtaxenbezahlung.
Negativ war die Hauswartreaktion. Der Skiraum ist fast nicht auffindbar. Liegt versteckt hinter dem Haus. Skischuhraum findet man einfach, aber ...

Die Ausstattung der Küche war kärglich. So fehlten zB. fast alle Pfannendeckel, zweite Bratpfanne.
Es gab in der Wohnung kaum/keine Abstellflächen für Essvorrat und pers. Gegenstände usw.
Lüftung Badezimmer ist sehr schlecht: Schimmel an Decke
