It is about 2,000 m to the sea with sandy beach and fishing opportunities in the harbor.
From this apartment you can stroll through the beautiful streets of Ystad.
Or take a walk along the kilometer-long beach.
Here you can choose between inviting beach promenade and romantic beach.
It is also a good idea to go cycling.
In the nearby Hammars Backar you can fly kites or go kite flying yourself.
In Kåseberga there is a fish smokehouse and the Österlen region offers many excursions and farm stores.
There are two golf courses near Ystad: the Golf Club in Nybrostrand and the Tomelilla Golf Club.

Sehr zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bestecke, Töpfe etc. teilweise alt und nicht sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Trotz kleiner Einschränkungen sehr zu empfehlen. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden.

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage. Alle Ziele in der Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Freundlicher Gastgeber, gute Hausaustattung. Leider kann man nicht draußen sitzen, aber das hat uns im März nicht gestört ;-). Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine klare Empfehlung, jederzeit gern wieder.Ein Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer und eins der beiden Bäder liegt direkt hinter einem Schlafzimmer. Das war für uns kein Problem, könnte aber eventuell als Information wichtig sein.
