Accessible by most vehicles from Algarrobo, though an off-road vehicle is recommended for the final bumpy dirt stretch, this holiday home offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, Torre del Mar coast, and La Axarquía mountains.

The spacious living room includes a dining area and lounge with a fireplace, complemented by German SAT TV and a CD player.

Underfloor heating, electric heaters, and a wood stove ensure comfort in cooler weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric cooker, modern microwave (also an oven), coffee machine, toaster, and ample utensils.. Additional conveniences include a second fridge, iron, and ironing board.

The washing machine, located in a separate room with chair cushions and sunbeds, is accessible from the outdoor kitchen. Two bedrooms, both with access to the terrace, offer accommodations: one with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.0 m) and the other with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.0 m), each with wardrobes.

Despite no air conditioning, two effective ceiling fans maintain a comfortable temperature.

The house includes two pleasant bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, supplemented by a third bathroom with a sink and toilet adjacent to the garage for convenience. A highlight is the private saltwater pool, central to enjoying the Andalusian sun. Ample space surrounds the pool for sunbathing, complemented by a shaded area near the outdoor kitchen.

The practical and attractive outdoor shower features natural stones. Pool season is typically from April 1 to October 31. Late check in until 1 a.m. can be arranged with a supplement. Electricity costs for homes with AC/heating: Meter reading on arrival and departure.

Excess usage (over 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) incurs cash payment at 0.39 euros per kW. Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption.
