- 5 min by foot to the beach, the olympic swimming pool, the children beach club, many shops (pharmacy, bakery etc.), the tennis club, the Spa center.
- 10 min by foot to Deauville's center and to the train station.
- 5 min by foot to the horse racetrack and to the horse sales.
- Bikes are provided for longer trips.

The villa is surrounded by 2 gardens in the front and in the back. The large garden in the back offers a unique and calm space during spring and summer. It feels like countryside while being right near the beach, ideal for lunch and diner with an electric barbecue and an electric patio heater.
Every room has a sink and a miror. There is 3 WC and 3 bathrooms. High quality beddings are furnished.

The villa is equiped with Wi-fi and an office (with a printer). 4 bikes are provided. Ping-pong table. Laundry room with a drying machine. Parking space in front of the house.

This house has many bedrooms and a few bathrooms. It is well equipped with everything you need to entertain. I am sorry we did not have our grandchildren with us, as there were books, games, foosball, pingpong and more

Maison normande un peu ancienne mais fonctionnelle avec un jardin où l'on peut déjeuner, tres bien située sur Deauville, proche de la plage, grand supermarché à 10 petites minutes à pied et zone commerçante de Deauville proche
