Sehr sauberes Haus, gute Ausstattung, zentral im waldreichen Ferienhausgebiet gelegen. Gute Wandermöglichkeit und auch zentraler Tourenpunkt für Motorrad-/Fahrradtouren. Größe des Hauses eher für Alleinreisende, max. 2 Reisende geeignet

Im äußeren Bereich Bedarf es einer dringenden Sanierung.Im Inneren Bereich ist alles soweit ok und alles ist vorhanden.Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer ist nicht funktionstüchtig.
