The spacious house is located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval city center of Freystadt (great shopping, restaurants, pilgrimage church, lots of nature, extensive sports facilities).
10-30 minutes from the Franconian Lake District (Rothsee, Brombachsee, Altmühlsee ...).
About the nearby motorway A9 you are in about 30 minutes in Nuremberg.
The object offers several bedrooms, resp. Sleeping facilities, 3 bathrooms, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, billiard room, sauna and surrounded by a large, beautifully landscaped garden including pond, trampoline, football field .... Ideal for family reunions and sports enthusiasts.

Recently there is a charging station for electric or hybrid cars (up to 22 KW!)
Art and culture are also offered in this place: church tours and services in the pilgrimage church, music and cabaret events in the Spitalstadl, various events in the nearby town of Neumarkt, and and and ...

Throughout the house are thus 5 double, or Triple room, 2 single rooms and 4 more sleeping places available. For children are two travel cots and several children's mattresses available.
There is a connecting door between the lodger apartment and the main apartment.
Infants under 2 years are free of charge!

Die Erwartungen waren hoch nach Lesen des Angebots. Die Wirklichkeit hat das dann auch voll erfüllt. Ein idealer Ort für das Abschalten im großen Familienrahmen mit all-inclusive..... von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern bis zu Sauna, Billard, Spielen, Grill und schönem Garten (wenn das Wetter nur mitgespielt hätte), nicht zu vergessen die Wallboxen fürs Auto.

Wir waren geschäftlich in Nürnberg unterwegs und haben es sehr genossen in diesem gut durchdachten Haus zu Wohnen. Durch die Größe ist es hervorragend wenn sich mal jemand zurückziehen möchte
