PALAIS DE FRANCE is a large, chic, modern 3-bedroom flat ideally located on the Promenade des Anglais and facing the sea.
Decorated in a modern style, the flat is equipped with quality furnishings, such as in the living room with its beautiful leather sofas.

Located on the Promenade des Anglais, you will be in the heart of Nice. Just a few steps away, you can reach the sea and its beaches. What's more, you'll be just a few metres from the pedestrian street and its restaurants, Jean Médecin and its shops, Place Masséna and the Old Town, ideal for sampling all the local produce.
A bus stop is just a few metres from the flat. And if you walk to Avenue Jean Médecin, you can catch the tram to the station in just a few seconds. The SNCF station is also the best way to visit the surrounding towns. Finally, there are plenty of Vélo Bleu cycle lanes in the city to give you a different way of getting around. Palais de la Méditerranée car park nearby.
