Siisti asunto, mistä löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Liinavaatteisiin olisimme toivoneet mm. pussilakanoita.
Pieniä teknisiä ongelmia ( mm. TV:n kaukosäädin, lukuvalon toimivuus, myös olohuoneen sohva kaipaisi ehdottomasti päivitystä.)
Raitiotie, bussipysäkki, kaupat, ravintolat ja tori lähellä.
Kuitenkin varaisin uudelleenkin.

Nizza kohteena oli upea ja asunnon sijainti lähellä kaikkea vanhassa kaupungissa. Liikenneyhteydet olivat erinomaiset. Toinen makuuhuone oli kadun puolella ja ravintoloiden äänet kantautuivat

Jolie appartement spacieux situé dans le vieux Nice, un quartier très vivant. Très bonne situation géographique. Commerces et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble; plage à 300 m. Je relouerai cette appartement si je devais retourner à Nice.
