Grundsätlich ist die Wohnung in einem guten Zustand. Folgende Punkte sollten gelöst werden:
- Diverse Thermostaten zur Heizungsregulierung fehlen. Leider kann so die Temperatur (zB. Wohnzimmer) nicht vernünftig eingestellt werden.
- Wasserkocher ist defekt.
- Rüstmesser schneiden schlecht.
- Balkon nur ein Stuhl vorhanden.

Wir konnten schöne Ferien im Guardaval Utoring in Davos verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig. Einzig vom Bad waren wir etwas entäuscht. Es ist sehr tief, sodass nicht einmal ein Erwachsener stehen kann, entsprechend ist es mit Kindern, welche noch nicht so gut schwimmen können nicht ideal.
