This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The finca is generously equipped both inside and outside.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with two sofas facing the television and a dining table for up to eight people.
The adjoining rustic kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious.
On this floor, there are also three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, there is another large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious balcony terrace.
All bedrooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering privacy to each guest.
Outdoors
To the left of the house, you will find a large lawn with beautiful blooming oleander bushes, and on the other side is the spacious outdoor pool with its terrace. One of the highlights of the pool is the cozy sun lounger, ideal for relaxing.
The terrace is partially covered and features a modern dining table where the whole family can enjoy meals together.

The house has a carport for two cars and is surrounded by farmland.

The villa is located in the countryside near Muro, just a few kilometers from the sandy beach.
By car, the beach can be reached in just a few minutes.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle 2 Tage kam jemand und hat sich um den Garten gekümmert.
Die Vermieterin war super freundlich!

Die Villa Marga hat 4 Doppelzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad und einer gut funktionierenden Klimaanlage. Der Wohnbereich ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und es sind auch Spielzeuge für den Pool vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin Marga ist sehr nett und meldet...
Die Betten könnten mal erneuert werden.
Die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell. Die Pflanzen sind deutlich gewachsen. Auf den Bildern wirkt die Villa heller und strahlender als sie es in Wirklichkeit ist.
Haus ist gross, jedoch veraltet.

Der Pool ist ausreichend gross und wird zweimal wöchentlich gesäubert, auch das Auto kann man unter einem Dach parkieren. Die Badezimmer haben ebenfalls genügend Platz. Für den Grill konnten wir die Kohle von den letzten Mieter benutzen, auch steht Waschmittel, Spülmittel, pro Person ein Strandtuch ...
Das Haus ist veraltet und riecht muffig, man hat Düfte platziert, um den Geruch zu mildern. In den Kleiderschränken kann man die Kleider nicht platzieren, sonst stinken sie bereits nach einer Stunde. Auch war es nicht sehr sauber. Einige Teller und die Küche waren schmutzig. Auf einem Stuhl lag Ziga...
