Spacious and modern furnished Studio. Large balcony facing south with nice view to the Fasanerie Park. Excellent infrastructure and public transport connections (banks, grocer's shops, laundry, post office, pharmacy, restaurants and tram line 4 & 5 and bus line U within 200m radius). Darmstadt city center reachable in 10min and Darmstadt main train station in 20min. WLAN and underground parking are included.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a residential building (elevator available). It consists of a living and bedroom (with double bed in 1,60x2,00m; bed linens provided), a kitchen-dining room (with espresso machine; dishwasher; complete kitchen equipment), bathroom (washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board; towels) a large balcony and a small entrance area.
Within 200m from the apartment there is a variety of shops (for example, food, laundry, pharmacy, post office, banks, restaurants). Downtown Darmstadt and all sights are easily reachable by tram, bike and car. The recreation areas "Fasanerie Park", "Steinbrücker Teich", "Rosenhöhe" and the Castle Kranichstein are within walking distance. These are all great spots for hiking, walking, jogging, cycling or picnicking.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet und in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft gibt es mehrere Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Getränkemarkt, Bäcker, Post). Dadurch kann man sehr effizient seinen Aufenthalt gestalten.
