In the house: reception, lounge with TV, WiFi, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). Bread roll service and beverage service.
Narrow motor access to the house.
Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces, extra), communal covered parking (extra). Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view.

Wir konnten schöne Ferien im Guardaval Utoring in Davos verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig. Einzig vom Bad waren wir etwas entäuscht. Es ist sehr tief, sodass nicht einmal ein Erwachsener stehen kann, entsprechend ist es mit Kindern, welche noch nicht so gut schwimmen können nicht ideal.

Beschreibung des Wohnungseingangs war falsch, war verwirrend, schlussendlich wirklich kein Parkplatz.

Wir waren zufrieden mit der Wohnung, die Küche und das Bad liessen uns einige Jahre zurück in unsere Kindheit reisen.
Es war alles sauber, der Pingpongtisch immer frei und die Lage toll.
Einzig, dass eine Kaffeemaschine zur Wohnungsausstattung gehört hätten wir gerne vorher gewusst.
