Das Gebäude (MFH) und die Wohnung selbst waren sehr heruntergekommen. Das Haus hat nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Die Wohnung selbst hat extrem gemufft, man konnte es nur mit geöffneten Fenstern / Balkontür aushalten. Die Türen und Fenster sind (ausgenommen im Badezimmer) noch die getauscht worden. Das...

Positiv war insbesondere die zentrale Lage der Wohnung in Interlaken, so dass Einkaufen, Restaurantbesuche oder Ausflüge (Bahn, Schiff, Veloverleih) ohne Auto machbar waren.
