Your future team

Join our dynamic and highly international Business Development team, where we cover the entire value chain from partner acquisition to onboarding and optimization. We are a team of 18 passionate individuals who bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners, colleagues, and travellers.

Your role in this journey

From day one, you will play an indispensable role in supporting our KYC (Know Your Customer) processes as we implement our payment solution on a large scale. Your daily responsibilities will encompass:

Assisting partners in completing their KYC processes, addressing their doubts and questions promptly and effectively.
Ensuring the smooth execution of KYC procedures by maintaining clear and organised records.
Communicating with partners to gather required documentation and information.
Collaborating closely with the Director of Business Development to ensure alignment with our business goals.
Proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during the KYC process to avoid delays.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our KYC and payment solution rollout procedures.

You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or a related field.
You have a sharp eye for detail which ensures the high quality and accuracy of your work.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously are among your strengths.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate well with diverse teams and partners.
Fluent English language skills.
