Your future team

Bookiply is our software and service solution which helps vacation rental owners manage and distribute their properties more efficiently. We are a German company based in Munich and recently expanded our presence to Freiburg besides having further offices in Germany and across Europe. The team will assume direct responsibility on managing the existing customer portfolio and expanding Bookiply's inventory in the Schwarzwald region in order to reach our ambitious growth targets. As we are just about to raise our flag in this area you will be involved in building up the team from scratch. Do not hesitate to join this new chapter of our success story!

Your role in this journey

  • Manage & build a high-performing sales and account management team for the market in South West Germany.

  • Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquiring new partners and building long-term relationships.

  • Ensure a smooth account migration process in your area as part of our recent M&A project.

  • Train and coach the sales and account management team, and foster team spirit through motivational initiatives in order to reach your area targets.

  • Be responsible for the achievement of ambitious targets

  • Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.

  • Continue building the brand of Bookiply in your area.

  • Work together with the Head of Sales and Account Management DACH and provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and BI to strengthen our product, streamline procedures, and improve our best practices

  • Regularly go on customer visits together with your team members.

Your backpack is filled with

  • A seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills 

  • A successful track record in sales and/or account management with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets

  • Natural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members

  • Very analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team’s approach

  • A hungry but humble personality, setting yourself ambitious targets while always trying to improve

  • Previous experience in recruiting and managing best-in-class talent is a plus.

  • Previous experience in a fast growing, ecommerce, tech, and/or travel company is a plus.

  • Near native German and fluent English skills.
