Your future team

If you want to be at the very heart of the Inventory domain this is the team for you!
The Inventory Engine team is awesome! It will take ownership of the central part of the inventory domain which will serve our search engine used by millions of customers AND will power our ability to make better tools.
You'll be building a crucial part of the system that will consist of services which will contain and process the inventory data!
Your work will serve 100 Million users each year, and you will work with microservices using Java 11, K8S, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis and AWS.

Our Tech Stack

We are writing the platform and other applications with microservices using Java 11, with Spring Boot, running on Kubernetes.
Data storage with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis and Elasticsearch.
Heavy usage of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git.
Tools and internal applications written with ReactJS.
Monitoring with ELK, Grafana and internally developed process monitoring based on AWS Firehouse, Athena and Looker.

Your role in this journey

You will be involved in the whole end-end software development process, from ideation all the way through to the release and monitoring.
Time to production can be as short as a few minutes and you'll be the one driving these releases!
Do you want to work more with Cloud? You will be responsible for designing the solution, provisioning the resources and integrating your applications directly with AWS.
You will be developing the heart of the system that will make the integrations quicker, of which we have nearly 100 right now, AND allow us to scale this number even further!
The platform you would work on will consist of core domain services that sustains high volume traffic.
You will drive projects!

Your backpack is filled with

A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 5 years of development experience in Java, after or during your studies.
You have worked with or are keen to learn and use AWS, Spring Boot, Microservices, MongoDB, Kubernetes, data pipelines and the rest of our stack.
You love coding and building world class products!
