Your future crew

Our team of fifteen is composed of diverse nationalities, each of whom are responsible for different focus regions across Europe, USA, Australia, etc. As part of this team you will work closely together with our team lead for the Southern European markets Enrique, and with various stakeholders from tech to finance.You will have the freedom to work and make decisions independently on how best to achieve your objectives. We are passionate about working hard towards our goals, but we also know how to enjoy time together outside of the office with bowling, BBQ and enjoying occasional (or rather regular) after work beers together.

Your role in this journey

  • Sales: Acquire valuable vacation rental partners for Holidu with a focus on the Italian market and work closely with our Connectivity team to onboard their properties on Holidu.
  • Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with existing and future Italian-speaking partners and work closely with them to improve their performance and increase revenue.
  • Product management: Develop solutions and find technical improvement potential through deepening the relationship between our partners and Holidu.
  • Travel: Visit our partners during regular business trips and represent Holidu at conferences.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Fluency in Italian and English, other European languages are a plus.
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism or related.
  • Experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales or Consulting is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A “Go-getter” personality,  hungriness for sales and meeting sales quotas.
  • An analytical mindset and detail-oriented, independent work attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for tourism and eagerness to learn more about the Italian travel market; previous knowledge is beneficial.
