Team information

You will be part of the People Operations side of our HR Team, consisting of 12 people overall. Besides recruiting and taking care of our existing employees, the HR team loves food and is also always keen on spending time together in their free time. From trying new restaurants & cafés to theatre visits, they are open for any kind of activity!

Your role in this journey

  • Execute all personnel administration activities and be the contact person for our international team members in personnel-relevant questions.
  • Manage daily operations, including creating work contracts and other documents, general office work (filing, post, etc.) and maintaining personnel files, reports, etc.
  • Conduct the administrative on- and offboarding of our team members.
  • Support the preparatory payroll accounting for our international offices.
  • Research and build local expertise in international contract and labor law questions.
  • Contribute to the conduction of benchmarks around compensation and benefits.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Completed education or studies in Human Resources, as office clerk, in tourism or another related field.
  • First professional experience in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Business fluent German and English skills, any other European language skill is advantageous.
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office, experience with HR software is a plus.
  • Extremely precise and reliable way of working.
  • Very high confidentiality.
