Your future crew

Our team is composed of diverse nationalities, each of whom are responsible for different focus regions across Europe, USA, Australia, etc. As part of this team you will have the freedom to work and make decisions independently on how best to achieve your objectives. We are passionate about working hard towards our goals, but we also know how to enjoy time together outside of the office with company events both in the US and Europe.

Your role in this journey

  • Sales: Acquire valuable vacation rental partners for Holidu with a focus on the US market and work closely with our Connectivity team to onboard their properties on Holidu.
  • Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with existing and future partners and work closely with them to improve their performance and increase revenue.
  • Product management: Develop solutions and find technical improvement potential through deepening the relationship between our partners and Holidu.
  • Travel: Visit our partners during regular business trips and represent Holidu at conferences.

Your backpack is filled with

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Tourism or related.
  • Previous experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales or Consulting.
  • Strong sense of ownership & self-starter to thrive in a Start Up/Hyper Growth environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • An analytical mindset and detail-oriented, independent work attitude.
  • Enthusiasm for tourism and knowledge of the Vacation Rental market preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
