Rust, ruime tuin/boomgaard, prachtig uitzicht op Stagno Sa Curcurica, Monte Urcatu en de zee in de verte. Maar 600m lopen van het strand.
De buren op 100m hebben veel honden, die regelmatig blaffen en op de weg komen. Vervelend om langsop te wandelen, al doen ze behalve blaffen niets. Weinig last van gehad.
