Overlooking the sea, Villa Smeralda in Porto Rotondo is perfect for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and nature.
The 200 m² property consists of the main villa, which includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to six people. Guests have access to a private pool, a garden, a covered terrace, an outdoor shower, and a space dedicated to yoga, meditation, and massages.
Indoor comforts include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls and smart working), air conditioning and fans in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in the dining room, and a smart TV with streaming services. The property is in a strategic location: only 900 metres from Ira beach, 1 km from Piazza San Marco, 1.8 km from the Porto Rotondo Marina, 25 minutes by car from Porto Cervo, and 20 minutes from San Pantaleo. You have a parking space inside the property and free street parking.
There is also storage for motorbikes and bicycles.
A maximum of two pets is allowed.
Smoking and organizing parties or events are not permitted. The main villa, including the pool, is completely reserved for you. On the same property, but in a separate and independent position, there is a private annex which does not have access to the villa and is not included in the booking. On request and for an extra fee, you can arrange extra cleaning during your stay.

The pool and outdoor patio area was great but unfortunately was too cold to make much use of it during the time of year I was there (mid October). About a 10 min walk to the beach.

The pool and garden are gorgeous like in the picture, but don't take a closer look to bedrooms and bathrooms.
